Food and Beverage Director

Kelly was born and raised in Morocco, where hospitality was a natural and essential part of daily life. Her childhood was filled with gatherings of family and friends, often for no specific reason other than to be together and share a meal. Hosting and offering food wasn’t just tradition—it was a way to connect, create memories, and show care. That early exposure to the power of hospitality made restaurants feel like home to her from the very beginning.

Kelly moved to New York City to pursue her college education, majoring in finance. To support herself in the city, she worked in restaurants, where her deep-rooted passion for service naturally came to life. While in college, she also developed a strong interest in politics and world affairs, leading her to double major in political science.

Upon graduating, Kelly achieved a longtime dream by joining the United Nations, where she worked for several years. Yet even during that time, she continued working in hospitality, eventually realizing that she could make just as much of a difference in people’s lives—if not more—through the daily human connections fostered in restaurants.

She decided to fully commit to a career in hospitality, growing through hands-on roles from server and bartender to management positions across several New York City restaurant groups. In 2021, Kelly joined Union Square Hospitality Group as part of the Marriott Marquis partnership, where she continues to bring people together through genuine hospitality and memorable dining experiences”
